This note covers the inquiry form on this site: what it collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What the form collects
- Your name, email address, organization, website and, if you give it, your role.
- What you need help with, when you'd like to start, and anything else you write.
- Whether you arrived from a referral link, and the organization name and website that link filled in, if it did.
- A one-way code made from your network address and the date. It is used only to limit how many requests one network can send in a day. We never store the address itself, and the code changes every day.
What we don’t collect
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. The pictures of sites we've built are copies kept on this site, so viewing them sends nothing to those sites. The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles each request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and prepare your free review. We'll email you only about this request.
Who sees it
Only QuantOps. We don't sell it or share it with anyone, including Tailmates. We keep it in our own database, which Supabase runs for us in the United States.
How long we keep it
Two years from the day you send it. Then we delete it.
Asking us to delete it
Reply to any email from us, or send the form again from the same email address and write “Please delete my request.” We'll delete it and confirm by email.

If this note changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
